Activating your eSIM with a simple code

Having trouble scanning the QR code for your eSIM? No worries! You can activate it using a handy code instead. Here's how:

Get Your Activation Code:

1. Head over to your Maya Mobile account and log in.
2. Look for the "My eSIMs" section and click on it.
3. Under your chosen plan, find the "Install eSIM" option and click it.
4. A pop-up will appear, offering "Manual Activation Code." Click that.
5. You'll see a unique code displayed. Copy it for later use.

Activating on Your Phone: For iPhones (iOS):

1. Open your phone's Settings and navigate to "Cellular" (might be called "Mobile" or "Mobile Service").
2. Under "Cellular Plans," tap "Add eSIM." Your camera will activate.
3. Instead of scanning a code, tap "Enter Details Manually" at the bottom.
4. Enter the SM-DP+ Address you copied from your Maya Mobile account.
5. Paste the Activation Code you copied earlier. (No Confirmation Code needed!)
6. Tap "Next" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the eSIM setup.

For Google Pixel Phones (Android 13):

1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Go to "Network and Internet."
3. Find the "SIMs" section and tap the "+" icon.
4. At the bottom, tap "Download a SIM instead?"
5. Confirm with "Yes" and then "Next." The camera will open.
6. Tap "Need help?" at the bottom of the screen.
7. On the "Help adding a network" screen, look for "Having trouble scanning your QR code?" and tap "Enter it manually."
8. Carefully enter the exact Activation Code you copied from your Maya Mobile account.
9. Follow the remaining steps to finalize adding your new mobile plan.

Tip: If you encounter an "Unable to Activate eSIM" error, your eSIM might already be installed on your phone! Check your existing plans before trying again.
